The minimum entry requirements for Diploma programs are;

UACE with at least Principal pass in Biology and two subsidiary passes in chemistry, physics or mathematics OR Its equivalent (Health training certificate and registered by a health professional Council).
UCE with at least a D in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English (Passes in all the subjects for old curriculum).

Course Outline

Course Outline: * Year 1: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Parasitology.

Year 2: Pharmacology, Pathology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, and Clinical Diagnosis.
Year 3: Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Community Health, and Research Project.

Community Health Program Coordinator.
Medical Research Assistant.
Further studies: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB).
